Mr. Saleh Abdullah Al Subeaei is Chairman of AIMS Holding. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jorhum Development Company, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Abdullah Ibrahim Al Subeaei Charity Organisation, and President of the Supervisory Board of Abdullah Ibrahim Al Subeaei Endowment Fund.
Previously, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Nama Chemicals Company and of the National Group for Aquaculture (Naqua). He also served as Regional Director of Mohammed and Abdullah Ibrahim Al Subeaei Group in the Eastern Region and as Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Sector.
Mr. Saleh Al Subeaei holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University.
Mr. Fahad Abdullah Al Subeaei serves on the Board of Trustees of the Abdullah Ibrahim Al Subeaei Charity Organisation. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Abdullah Ibrahim Al Subeaei Endowment Fund and Chairman of the Board of Madinah Carpet Factory and Nusuki.
Previously, he served as a member of the Board of Directors and of the Audit Committee of the National Group for Aquaculture (Naqua). His career began as Managing Director of the textile and retail sectors of AIMS Holding.
Mr. Fahad Al Subeaei holds Masters in Management from the University of Bradford, UK, and in Strategic Management from the University of the Arab Academy, Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Adel Mohamad Al Salim serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adel Al Salim & Sons Investment Holding, MAWAHEB Talent Education & Training Company, Al-Watan Factory, and Amlak Hotels and Tourism. He is a board member of Baseqat Trading Company, Tadawul International Trading, Tabyan Real Estate Company, and Colbridge LTD. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Abdullah Ibrahim Al Subeaei Endowment Fund.
Previously, he served as Treasurer of the Mohammed and Abdullah Ibrahim Al Subeaei Charity Organisation, member of the Executive Committee of Sheikh Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Endowment Fund, and a member of the Board of Directors of Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Real Estate Investment Company. His career began in academia at King Saud University.
Dr. Adel Al Salim holds a Doctorate in Chemistry from Essex University, UK.
Dr. Muhammad Saud Al Osaimi manages the Almaqased Economic Advisory Centre. He is a board member of several endowment and investment companies, and a member of the Committee of Islamic Banking Experts at the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia. He is also a member of the General Councils of the Sheikh Abdullah Ibrahim Al Subeaei and Sheikh Suleiman Abanmi endowment funds.
Previously, he was a professor of Islamic Economics at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and held a number of leadership positions throughout his academic career. He then served as Shariah Control Manager at Al Rajhi Bank, Secretary of the Shariah Board and General Manager of the Shariah Council at Albilad Bank, and member of the Guardianship General Commission for Minors.
Dr. Muhammad Al Osaimi holds a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Colorado, USA.
Mr. Fahad Abdullah Al Kassim is a board member of several enterprises, among them Century 21 Saudi Arabia, Savola Group, Jarir, and Mohammad Al Habib Holding, and a member of the Advisory Committee of the Finance and Investment Department at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and accredited Assessor.
Previously, he held the positions of Chief Executive Officer of Al-Othaim Commercial Company and Chairman of the Board of the Saudi Centre for Arbitration. He was also a board member of the Saudi Post, the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the advisory committee of the Capital Market Authority.
Mr. Fahad Al Kassim holds a Bachelor in Business Accounting from King Saud University College and a diploma from the Executive Management Program of Oxford University, UK.
Mr. Abdulaziz Albassam co-founded Urbanhai and Oasis Capital in Boston and is a member of the investment committee of Abdulaziz Al Jomaih Charitable Foundation.
His professional career began with Arcapita and Mckinsey & Co. in the United States before moving to Saudi Aramco in Dhahran as Fund Manager. He then joined the Advisory Unit of the Ministry of Economy and Planning in Riyadh.
Mr. Albassam holds a Master in Business Administration from Harvard, USA. He is a CFA Charterholder.
Mr. Aiman Hawari first joined Mohammed and Abdullah Ibrahim Al Subeaei Company in Khobar as Technical Manager. He was then appointed COO of Projects at AIMS Real Estate before taking on the position of its CEO.
He is a member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has contributed to the development of the Saudi Building Code. He began his professional career at the Modern Company for Technology and Construction.
Mr. Hawari holds a Master in Construction Engineering and Management, from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran. He also received several professional designations and accredited training courses from the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
Mr. Muhammad Al Amir is a member of the Board of Directors of several public and private companies and associations.
He began his career as a facility planning engineer for the Royal Saudi Air Forces, then moved to Saudi Aramco as capital projects planning engineer in the Western Province. Later he joined SEDCO as Vice President of Tourism and Hotels, before taking on the position of General Manager of Development at Tamlik Real Estate Development and Investment Company.
Mr. Al Amir holds a Master in Project Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran, and a diploma in Strategic Hospitality Management from Cornell University. He is a graduate of the Executive Entrepreneurship Program of the University of San Diego, USA.
Mr. Tariq Al Malki’s professional career began at the Saudi Electricity Company in the Eastern Province.
He then established and was CEO of the Integrated Training Company, a subsidiary of AIMS Holding before becoming CEO of Business Services.
Mr. Al Malki holds a Master in Business Administration from Hull University, UK. He obtained several professional certificates in management, business development, strategy execution, and performance improvement.
Mr. Abbas Hijazi is a member of the GCC Board Directors Institute and a certified board director and board secretary.
He began his career as management consultant at KPMG, then held the position of Chief Financial Officer respectively at Sultan Group, KIPCO Group, and Othaim Holding. He first joined AIMS Holding as Chief Financial Officer, then became Chief Executive Office of AIMS Investment before becoming Chief Strategist leading the Strategic and Economic Research Department. His experience includes financial management, business strategy, private equity, investment management and corporate finance.
Mr. Hijazi holds a Master in Business Administration from IMD Business School, Switzerland. He has attended advanced executive courses on behavioral economics and behavioral sciences at Harvard and Wharton, USA. He is currently pursuing a Master in Law Studies at Northwestern University, USA.
