Eng. Muhammad Al Amir

Eng. Muhammad is a holder of Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Architecture with Honors from KFUPM, Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also holds certification in Strategic Hospitality Management from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, USA and an he is an alumni of the Entrepreneurs Development Executive Training, University of California at San Diego, California, USA.

He started his career in 1991 where he joined Al Yammamh Project / ZFA for the Royal Saudi Air Forces, then in 1992 he moved to Saudi Aramco as Capital Project Planner for the Western Region. In 1998 Muhammad joined the Saudi Economic and Development Company (SEDCO) where he was the Vice President for Tourism and Hotels and the VP for Direct Investments. In 2003, he joined Tamlik Real Estate Development and Investment company, where he was the Director of Development and General Secretary of The Board of Directors. Muhammad Founded Riyada Hotels Company in 2005 which became the master hotel developer of Wyndham Worldwide in Saudi Arabia. In 2018, Muhammad was appointed as the CEO of Hospitality in AIMS Holding.

He is currently the vice chairman of the board of the Saudi Association for Tourist Accommodation Facilities, a member of Real Estate and Hotels Committees of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industries. Muhammad also plays different voluntary roles in promoting entrepreneurship, small businesses start-ups, and helping youth to enter different business arenas.

Eng. Aiman Hawari

Eng. Aiman Hawari graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran, in 1988. He received two bachelor’s degrees in architectural engineering and Civil Engineering, with honors degree. Upon graduation, he started working in the Architectural Center in Riyadh as a design Engineer and Resident Engineer for various residential and commercial projects for five years.

In 1992, Eng. Aiman participated in the foundation and development of the Modern Company for Technology and Construction where he worked as a technical manager for eight years in which many private, commercial and residential compound projects were completed.

In 2000, Eng. Aiman moved to Al Khobar city to work as the technical manager and owner’s representative for Mohammed and Abdullah Ibrahim Al Subeaei Company, where he contributed in the development and construction of several projects, including Al Subeaei Towers, Business Gate, Al Fanar Tower, Port Gate, as well as the completion and development of several land projects in various areas in the Eastern Province.

Eng. Aiman Hawari, received a master’s degree in construction engineering and management in 2010 from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He also received several professional designations and accredited training courses by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Eng. Aiman is also a member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the Project Management Institute (PMI) and he has contributed to the development of the Saudi Building Code.

Eng. Aiman moved to Jeddah in 2010 to become the Technical Manager for AIMS Real Estate Company as he participated in the development and construction of many projects in the Western Province. In 2013, he contributed to the foundation of Wasamat Real Estate Development Company, as one of AIMS Holding subsidiaries. In 2017, Eng. Aiman was appointed as the COO of Projects in AIMS Real Estate Company, then in 2018 he became the CEO of AIMS Real Estate.

Eng. Tariq H. Al Malki

Graduated from King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran in 1998, Eng. Tariq Al-Malki began his professional career at the Saudi Electricity Company, for four years. During his service, Eng. Al-Malki was selected to join the task force assigned to erecting one of the largest power stations in the Eastern Province.

In 2001, Eng. Al-Malki established Integrated Training Company, as a subsidiary of the prestigious and renowned Al-Subeaei Group of Companies. Under his management, ITC became one of the prominent and distinguished consultation and training providers in Saudi Arabia. Al-Malki served as Chief Executive Officer of ITC for 15 years; during which he was successfully able to attain numerous global and national recognitions for the company, thus enabling it to become a certified contractor for most corporations across the region.

Al-Malki obtained his MBA from Hull University in the UK in 2014, and was able to acquire diverse professional certificates in substantial disciplines as management, business development, strategy execution, and performance improvement.

In 2016, Eng. Al-Malki was designated the Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Business Services at AIMS Holding; with the responsibility of overseeing corporate excellence centers of strategy management, human capital, knowledge and information technology and other business strategic services rendered to other subsidiaries of AIMS Holding.

Mr. Abdulaziz AlBassam

Mr. Abdulaziz AlBassam was born in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Mr. Albassam was appointed in 2019 to be the CEO of AIMS Investment to lead the company’s investment activities and participate in achieving the aspirations of AIMS Holding.

Mr. Albassam holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship, minored in Economics from Northeastern University. Abdulaziz is also a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Albassam worked at Arcapita and Mckinsey & Co. He then worked with Saudi Aramco in Dhahran, KSA as a Fund Manager. In 2016, Abdulaziz moved to Riyadh to work with the Ministry of Economy & Planning in the Advisory Unit.

Abdulaziz Co-founded Urbanhai and Oasis Capital in Boston, USA and worked as the Managing Director for Oasis Capital. Mr. Albassam was appointed as a member of the investment committee of Aljomaih Foundation until he joined AIMS Holding.
