Mr. Fahad Abdullah Ibrahim Al Subeaei

As Vice Chairman of the AIMS Group, Mr. Fahad Al Subeaei brings a wealth of expertise and experience, contributing largely to the Group’s success. Mr. Al Subeaei holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Bradford in the UK and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from the University of the Arab Academy in Saudi Arabia.

In 2003, Mr. Al Subeaei was appointed Vice-Chairman of AIMS Group. In 2009, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Madinah Carpet Factory. In 2013, he was elected President of the Governing Council of Nusuki.

Currently, Mr. Al Subeaei is also a member of the Board of Directors of the National Group for Aquaculture and a member of the Audit Committee. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed and Abdullah Ibrahim Al Subeaei Charity Organization.

Dr. Adel Mohamed Khaled Al Salim

Dr. Al Salim served as a lecturer and associate professor in the Department of Chemistry at King Saud University for nearly 27 years. He was the Head of Council of the Saudi Arabian magazine Al Bayan from 1989-2008 and starting from 1992 for the same period, was the Secretary General of the Islamic Forum. He was also a member of the Foundation of the Islamic Waqf in the Kingdom
of the Netherlands from 1992-2006. Dr. Al Salim is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adel Al Salim Sons Holding and Investment since 2013.

He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors for both Forum Paper Products and A&J Investment Services in Turkey. He is also a board member and partner at MAWAHEB Education Company, ADAWOL for International Trade and Marketing, TABYAN Real Estate Development Company in the UAE, Amlak for Tourism and Hotels in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Kolbrig Company in the UK.
He has been an appointed member of AIMS Board of Directors Since March 2012.

Dr. Muhammad S. Al Osaimi

Dr. Muhammad Saud Al Osaimi is a highly accomplished expert in his field. During his time as an associate professor and lecturer in Islamic Economics at the Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University, he also served as a member of the Council in the Faculty of Shariah, a member of the Economic Research Unity Council, a
member of the Students Fund Council and was the Deputy Dean of Student Affairs.

He was also President of the Students’ Activities from 1995-1999. In addition, Dr. Al Osaimi worked as the Secretary of Shariah from 2004-2010 and as General Manager of the legal department at Al Bilad Bank. He also occupied the position of Shariah Control Manager at Al Rajhi Banking and Investment from 1999-2004.

Dr. Muhammad Al Osaimi is a Board Member of the AIMS Group, as well as a member of the Shariah Board of Al Bilad Bank and a founding member of the International Committee of Economics and Finance in the Islamic World League 2004. He also serves on the Committee of the Economic Counselling at Al Rajhi Banking and Investment Corporation since 2002. Dr. Al Osaimi is considered an expert in Islamic Banking, Financial Contracts and Legal Advisory on international accounting standards. He received a PhD in Economics from the University of Colorado in the United States in 1993 and has published several books and research papers on banking activities.

Dr. Abdulrehman Hamad Al-Harkan

Born at Unaizah in 1962, Dr. Al-Harkan has become Board Member in 2020.

His professional career goes back to 1985 when he started lecturing at the College of Architecture & Planning, King Saud University. Then he held several key positions in the academic field including the Dean of Admission and Registration, Academic Principal of Al-Faisal University, Advisor of King Saud University Deputy and the CEO of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Public Education Development Project (TATWEER).

Dr. Al-Harkan has held high-profile executive and managerial positions including; Vice President of Savola Group, Secretary General of King Saud University Endowment and CEO of Business Sector, CEO of Dar Al Arkan, Executive Advisor to the Board of Awqaf Sulaiman Al Rajhi Holding Company, Head of Supervisory Committee of Saudi Bin Laden Group and Advisor to Minister of Finance.

Dr. Al-Harkan holds a B.Sc. in Architecture from King Saud University, M.Sc. and PHD degrees in management from University of Michigan- Ann Arbor, USA.

He has been a board member of several enterprises like Alinma Bank, Saudi Home Loans, Awqaf Sulaiman AlRajhi Holding Company, AlRajhi Investment Company, Albalad Alameen Company and Makkah Mass Rail Transit Company and he participated in Executive, Audit, Nomination, Credit, Risk management and Investment Committees. In addition, he is currently the Chairman of Saudi Egyptian Construction Company.

Dr. Al-Harkan has a number of philanthropic contributions through Sulaiman AlRajhi Charitable Foundation and King Faisal Charity Hospital Organization (Wareef Charity).
